A Woman’s Work is a project following the narrative of women who have chosen career path in unusual and predominantly male professions. The photography book with the same name was launched in 2017 in the Dublin Castle. The book raised money for Women for Election, for Women’s Rehabilitation centre in Tiglin and for The Shona project. The Little Museum of Dublin based their multimedia show “What’s She Doing Here” in 2018 on Beta Bajgart’s photographs and her research and commissioned her to create three short films about women behind those photographs.

A Woman’s Work was awarded by the Network Ireland business organisation in Art Category and this work I was also shortlisted for an award by the prestigious Business to Arts 2018 in the Best Creative Staff Engagement category.
